Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems We are looking for a Mainframe Production Support Engineer **CONTEXT** In this role, you will join a critical production environment, working closely with Mainframe, application support, AppOps, DevOps, infrastructure, and operations teams. You will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support for applications and systems running on IBM z/OS, ensuring platform availability, production stability, and the correct execution of batch processing activities. The position involves monitoring Mainframe environments and subsystems, managing scheduled workloads, analysing failed jobs and system messages, troubleshooting operational incidents, and coordinating their resolution with application and Level 3 support teams.
