Creating Inner Peace - join us for a meditation experience 6.30-7.30pm

Brighton BK's are meditating every evening 6.30 - 7.30 pm and are extending their invitation for you to join them each Sunday. Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us for an hour of guided meditations, gentle music and periods of silence. Please keep your microphone muted and camera off (bottom left of the live screen) so as not to distract the other participants.
