We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer\-focused and sales\-oriented person to join our store in **Lisbon.** **About the Role** As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process. * Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs. * Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. * Deliver a high standard of customer service. * Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed. * Assist with visual merchandising activities. * Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities. * Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock. * Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards. **Candidate Profile** * Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail. * Strong customer focus and results\-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team. * Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. * Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus. * Interest in fashion, design and product.
