Let’s make it happen! **About the role:** As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first real conversation a business has with myPOS, and the person who turns curiosity into confidence. You'll get to know each customer's business, figure out what's actually holding them back, and show them how myPOS can help. It's less about pitching and more about listening well enough to offer the right fit. You'll build your own pipeline, follow through on every conversation, and watch relationships turn into results. **What you’ll do:** * Be the first conversation local businesses have with myPOS, responding to inbound leads and exploring what they need to grow and how our product can contribute to it * Act as a trusted advisor and payments expert, presenting myPOS solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs * Build strong customer relationships through regular follow\-up, helping turn conversations into new customers and revenue as part of the growing Inside Sales team * Own your pipeline by keeping customer conversations and progress accurately tracked * Partner closely with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience **This role is perfect for you if you have:** * At least 2 years of experience in a customer\-facing role over the phone, where you’ve handled complex conversations and follow\-ups; experience in inside sales or business development is a strong advantage * Experience working with CRM systems to stay organized and on top of customer conversations; HubSpot experience is a plus, but not a must * A proactive, can\-do approach, and a natural sense of ownership over your work and results * Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and adapt your style * Good time\-management and organizational skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast\-moving environment * Native Portuguese and advanced level of English **Why you should join myPOS:** * Vibrant international team operating in hi\-tech environment * Annual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonuses * myPOS Academy for upskilling and training * Unlimited access to courses on LinkedIn Learning * Annual individual training and development budget * Refer a friend bonus as we know that working with friends is fun * Teambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi\-national level **What we offer:** * Excellent compensation package * Private Health Insurance * Food allowance per working day * 22 days annual holiday **Who we are:** Since 2014 we’ve been all about making payments easier and more accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
