QA Test Manager (French Speaker)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst/Test Lead to coordinate testing activities, manage QA teams, and define testing strategies, with emphasis on automation expertise and stakeholder management. Stakeholder management and project monitoring What We Are Looking For? * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst and/or Test Lead; * Proven experience in coordinating testing activities and managing QA teams; * Solid knowledge of ALM Octane, Jira, QC, and Yest; * Experience managing TNR scope (e.g., Dommages) and supervising test execution (recette); * Ability to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and lead test campaigns; * Test automation knowledge is highly valued; * Strong experience in stakeholder management, facilitating meetings, and project monitoring; * ISTQB Test Manager certification is a plus; * Insurance domain experience is valued; * Fluency in French and English.
