Job Summary: We are seeking a senior Dynamics 365 Platform Expert to define, evolve, and govern the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in an enterprise environment, with a focus on Field Service and Project Operations. We are looking for a **Dynamics 365 Platform Expert** to join our team on one of our projects in the **energy sector**, located in **Lisbon**. We seek a senior professional with strong experience in architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions—particularly in Field Service and Project Operations—capable of serving as a technical and functional reference in complex, highly critical environments. As a Dynamics 365 Platform Expert, your focus will be on defining, evolving, and governing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within an enterprise setting. **Responsibilities:** * Define implementation guidelines and standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. * Ensure a fit-to-standard approach in Dynamics implementations. * Participate in architectural decisions related to Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations. * Define and support governance models for the Microsoft Dynamics platform. * Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders during requirements elicitation and analysis. * Design, configure, and continuously evolve the platform. * Support testing, go-live, and post-production activities. * Resolve technical and functional issues related to the platform. * Produce technical documentation, blueprints, and reference architectures. * Conduct code reviews and support technical teams. **Requirements:** * Up to 15 years of experience in similar roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Solid experience in enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. * Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. * Experience integrating Dynamics with other corporate systems. * Experience in platform governance, standards, and best practices. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Fluent English is mandatory. * Experience in strategic projects and international environments. * Knowledge of Power Platform/Solution Architecture. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (two days per week in the office). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
