Process optimization and continuous improvement We seek a person to directly support management in the company’s overall administration, assuming responsibility for the daily monitoring of a home-delivery operation for furniture and home goods—including heavy and bulky items—ensuring that teams, vehicles and processes operate efficiently, organizedly and under control. Working Hours and Availability: Start of activity at 06:30 Operation from Monday to Saturday, including holidays This is not a fixed-hour position Availability for working hours and travel is essential Main Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of routes and field operations Management of incidents, vehicle damage and replacement vehicles Personnel, team and shift management Management of uniforms, equipment and materials Recruitment and hiring of new staff Resolution of day-to-day operational issues Process optimization and continuous improvement Presence at the warehouse is important to enable you to control and manage operations as efficiently as possible. It does not need to be every day, but regular presence is fundamental. You will have two people assisting you in management, who report directly to you, and you will report directly to me.
