After the success of our first gathering, we’re coming together again! Last time, a small group of AuDHD adults met online to share our struggles and sparks — the real stories of what life with ADHD and/or autism looks like. It was honest, supportive, and full of connection. This second meetup continues in the same spirit: a calm, compassionate space to speak freely, listen deeply, and feel less alone. #### **What to expect:** * 60 minutes of structured, gentle connection (Google Meets link after RSVP) * Camera optional, no pressure to share, no recording, no advice giving (unless specifically asked for) * 🌱 Gentle ground rules: curiosity, compassion, openness * Participants: adults with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD — diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring * Facilitated by a certified AuDHD coach based in Leipzig **Structure:** * Welcome & introductions * Round of “one struggle, one spark” from each person (who want to share) * Short reflection & group discussion **About the Host:** A proud member of the late-diagnosed **AuDHD**er club, Elif is an **ICF-certified coach** supporting other late-diagnosed adults in creating lives that align with their values, needs, and strengths.
