**Mission:** Offer a complete range of treatments to meet the different needs and goals of clients. **Job Description:** Perform a wide range of spa treatments, focusing on proactivity to achieve established sales targets; Act as a role model for other therapists; Manage and train new associates and assist in team evaluations; Supervise the team of therapists, receptionists and cleaning staff; Assist the spa manager and therapists with treatments whenever necessary; Develop product promotion initiatives and sales incentives for the team; Ensure proper functioning of equipment, as well as conduct required safety checks and coordinate maintenance repairs with the maintenance team; Manage existing stock requirements and alert the spa manager of any potential needs; Ensure direct communication with the spa manager regarding all relevant information and issues; Ensure achievement of sales targets for products by the entire team. **Requirements:** Positive leadership attitude; Initiative and teamwork spirit; Attention to detail and high organizational ability, sense of responsibility and accuracy; Excellent communication skills. **Education/Professional Experience:** Completed 12th grade and/or professional course in SPA or related field; 1\-3 years of prior experience in the role. **Language Skills:** Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Additional languages will be valued.
