We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to carry out duties within a shopping center environment, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and contributing to a safe and comfortable experience for all visitors. **What you will do** \- Carry out general building maintenance activities, namely: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the following specialties: \- Low-voltage electrical systems; \- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC); \- Swimming pool systems; \- Perform multidisciplinary tasks (plumbing, painting, metalwork, etc.); \- Conduct visual inspections and daily rounds on various building systems (electrical panels, CDI, CBI, fire extinguishers, CO extraction, UPS, generators, HVAC systems, etc.). **What you must ensure** \- Minimum education level: 9th grade; \- Experience in maintenance field; \- Computer literacy at user level; \- Driver's license (Mandatory); \- Availability for shift work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM with rotating days off. **What we offer** \- Base salary: 880 €; \- Meal allowance: 8 €; \- Transportation allowance: 80 €; \- Shift allowance: 20%.
