If you are looking for an exciting professional challenge, this project is for you! **Responsibilities** * Attend to customers (in person and/or by phone) and promote business growth. * Prepare quotes. * Schedule workshop services with customers. * Receive vehicles, open service orders, and perform vehicle inspections in the customer's presence to assess their overall condition. * Promote the sale of additional services. * Carry out administrative tasks related to service operations (e.g., updating customer data and entering warranties into the system). * Deliver vehicles to customers and provide information regarding the work performed. * Invoice completed services. * Manage generated leads. * Ensure and verify that the amount recorded in cash matches the services provided. **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: 12th grade education. * Experience in workshop reception (1 year). * Intermediate spoken and written English skills. * Class B driver's license. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing several growth projects. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Real career progression opportunities based on performance and demonstrated competencies. * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
