**Your role:** Team Supervisor to integrate into a young and dynamic team within the Operations Department of a company dedicated to Pest Control for over 20 years. **Your responsibilities:** * Supervision and coordination of an operational team; * Supervision and control of the quality of services provided; * Development and monitoring of employees' work plans; * Management of emergency client requests; * Management of technical information to be sent to clients; * Management of client contracts. **Your requirements:** * Experience in team supervision or management (valued); * Experience in Pest Control (valued); * Category B driver's license; * Availability for travel; * Computer skills at user level; * Immediate availability.
