Close mentoring and continuous development **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** The **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, specializes in training, consulting, and team augmentation, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and within digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting a Data Engineer!** **Your mission:** * Develop reliable data products as the foundation for innovative, user-centric solutions for data analysis and forecasting * Design, test, and implement ETL processes on the Snowflake data platform * Design and expand data models as required * Analyze business requirements and create technical concepts and documentation to support the implementation of associated ETL processes * Coordinate ongoing solution development jointly with dedicated organizational units * Be responsible for monitoring, quality assurance, and analysis/correction of errors on the data platform * Continuously seek opportunities to optimize analytical solutions, focusing on their implementation **Requirements:** ----------------- * Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent field * Prior experience as a Data Engineer or in similar roles within data management, data warehousing, or big data * Familiarity with backend technologies in analytics, especially Snowflake and Talend * Strong proficiency in SQL and, ideally, programming languages such as Python and API interfaces * Team spirit and experience with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum * Interest in transforming users’ daily work through innovative solutions, contributing to data-driven decision-making, with experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence * **Fluent in English** (German language skills are a plus) **Work model:** Hybrid – Venda do Pinheiro/Porto
