Responsibilities: * Greet customers courteously and provide friendly and professional service. * Present the menu, offer recommendations, and answer any customer questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately and efficiently take orders, ensuring they are correctly communicated to the kitchen and bar teams. * Ensure tables are clean and properly set, ready to welcome new customers. * Accept payments and process bills. * Strictly comply with all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements: * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously and professionally with customers. * Basic knowledge of food and beverages. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, remain calm in busy situations, and resolve issues promptly. * Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
