Join our Dream Team and help\-us create a better world of work! **MISSION** Consolidate Edenred Portugal's financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes, contributing to sound decisions regarding organizational and business financial measures; **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reporting for Edenred Portugal and support group consolidation; \- Create, maintain, and validate financial and non-financial metrics; \- Develop budgets and forecasts, including multi-scenario, predictive, and trend analyses; monitor execution; analyze variances and margins; \- Analyze CAPEX and OPEX (e.g., cost of sales) investments by applicable cost centers and assess reasonableness of estimates, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and\/or savings; \- Analyze sales channel performance, profitability, and churn, comparing against historical trends; \- Implement improvements in reporting and consolidation processes; \- Participate in developing variable compensation policies for sales teams. **KEY COMPETENCIES** \- Organizational diagnostic ability and analytical thinking; \- Attention to detail; \- Data storytelling; \- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field; \- Minimum of 4\-5 years of experience, preferably in accounting, internal audit, or management control; \- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Power BI. **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
