At NOVOTIPO EUROPA, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Systems Technician/Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a highly motivated and committed individual, open-minded and service-oriented towards internal customers, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, maintenance, and supervision of computer systems and helpdesk. **Responsibilities** Administration and maintenance of servers (Windows, Linux, and Unix) Administration and maintenance of virtual environments (vSphere and Hyper\-V) Management of firewalls, networks, VPNs, and security policies (Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, HPE\-Aruba) Maintenance of backup systems (Veeam and Backup Executable) Administration and maintenance of enterprise software (SAP ERP, MS Exchange, WordPress, Nextcloud, Confluence, Active Directory, Azure) Incident management and L1 \+ L2 helpdesk support Internal training for organizational users. **Qualifications** AS400 / IBM system knowledge is desirable. SAP Basis. Cybersecurity knowledge (certification required). Agile working methodology. Knowledge of industrial systems (PLCs, RFID, etc.). Scripting (PowerShell, Python, .NET). English B2 or higher.
