Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Systems Technician/Administrator to join the IT team at NOVOTIPO EUROPA, responsible for computer systems administration and maintenance, as well as helpdesk support. At NOVOTIPO EUROPA, we are looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated Systems Technician/Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a highly motivated and committed individual, open-minded and service-oriented toward internal customers, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT systems administration, maintenance, supervision, and helpdesk support. **Responsibilities** Server administration and maintenance (Windows, Linux, and Unix) Virtual environment administration and maintenance (vSphere and Hyper\-V) Firewall, network, VPN, and security policy management (Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, HPE\-Aruba) Backup system maintenance (Veeam and Backup Exec) Administration and maintenance of enterprise software (SAP ERP, MS Exchange, WordPress, Nextcloud, Confluence, Active Directory, Azure) Incident management and L1 \+ L2 helpdesk support Internal user training **Qualifications** AS400 / IBM system knowledge is desirable. SAP Basis. Cybersecurity knowledge (certification required). Agile working methodology. Knowledge of industrial systems (PLCs, RFID, etc.). Scripting (PowerShell, Python, .NET). English B2 or higher.
