The company values transparency, respect, continuous growth, and the creation of real, durable, and scalable technological solutions. **Responsibilities:** Develop and customize Salesforce solutions; Work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, and LWC; Configure workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and custom objects; Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs; Work with tools such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect; Support data migration and data modeling processes; Use tools such as Data Loader or Workbench; Apply best practices in Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing rules; Work with VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools; Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver solutions with real-world impact. **Requirements:** Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization; Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, and LWC; Experience in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and custom objects; Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems; Familiarity with MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect; Experience in data migration, data modeling, and tools such as Data Loader or Workbench; Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing rules; Experience with development tools such as VS Code, Git, and CI/CD; Ability to work in Agile environments; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Fluency in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or others; Familiarity with industry-specific solutions such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud; Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ; Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. **Offer:** Join a collaborative team that values individual progress; Access to continuous training and certifications; A culture of closeness, respect, and recognition; Challenging and purpose-driven projects; An environment that values critical thinking, autonomy, transparency, and continuous growth. **Application:** Send your CV by email.
