Acts as liaison between the Asphalt Brigade and DFIS operations; analyzes complaints submitted to the services that may be related to outdoor works (domestic network or public network); verifies, within the Certification System, solutions to be implemented for non-conformities follow-up and corrective actions; defines areas affected by interruptions in the County Water Supply System, referencing them in cadastral and orthophoto maps and describing all streets or localities covered by the intervention; certifies that works are carried out during the period established in the interruption notice; analyzes and evaluates compensation claims for damages caused by the public water network, attaching justifying documents to be forwarded to the Insurance Company through the Legal Office; prepares Maintenance Plans and ensures their implementation, namely maintenance of pressure-reducing valves, pressure measurement plans, network discharge plans, hydrant maintenance plan; assesses needs for remodeling/replacement and construction of extensions to the water supply network and respective branches, based on anomaly records and knowledge of the network and distribution systems, proposing solutions and coordinating works carried out directly by the administration; updates the water cadastre following repair, remodeling, or network extension interventions performed directly by the administration; coordinates project and on-site activities for works on the Water Supply Network executed directly by the administration, ensuring material supply, tightness tests, and support during pipeline disinfection; verifies safety and quality conditions in work execution; manages maintenance of electromechanical equipment assigned to the Division; manages and schedules availability of machinery, vehicles, work teams, and specific tools; supervises and controls execution of public works contracts and land development projects, ensuring proper progress towards compliance with respective projects; proposes changes to execution projects during construction when justified; prepares measurement records for public works contracts; prepares periodic reports on the progress of supervised works; provides data for cadastre updates according to the GIS; analyzes ongoing projects as defined in the SGI; collaborates in the preparation of the multiannual investment plan; ensures monitoring of service providers' activities; prepares various reports related to expansion, maintenance, and conservation works on water supply infrastructure, domestic and stormwater drainage, and installation of respective systems (treatment plants; pumping stations; reservoirs; control chambers, etc.); organizes processes and prepares Terms of Reference for public tenders for projects and public works contracts; collaborates in conducting studies and design of works related to infrastructure and systems under SMAS responsibility; analyzes and issues opinions on public works projects and domestic water and sewage networks, as well as land development infrastructure; ensures integration into project documentation of occupational health and safety regulations within public works contracts and respective construction and demolition waste management plans; prepares monthly activity reports of the organizational unit and SGI-related reports; collaborates in the preparation of the Multiannual Investment Plan; participates in tender juries for projects and public works, providing preliminary and final evaluation reports, without prejudice to other tasks assigned in this context, such as clarifications regarding errors and omissions.
