Promote technical rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement We are looking for a **Product Development Engineer** to serve as Project Manager, joining our Product Development / Mechanical Engineering team and playing a central role in developing our UAVs and associated systems. The professional will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery of autonomous systems, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical requirements. We seek a candidate capable of managing small teams and effectively coordinating across departments, fostering a culture of technical rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement. ##### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition to final delivery; * Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets; * Ensure coordination among multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronics, software), production, and operations; * Oversee technical development, including drawing reviews and support for junior engineers; * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions; * Create and optimize internal processes and technical documentation (internal and customer-facing); * Manage external suppliers and partners, ensuring quality and on-time delivery; * Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement; * Support system integration, testing, and validation during critical development phases. ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields); * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles; * Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills; * Knowledge of component manufacturing and production processes; * Experience with 3D printing, including SLA, SLS, and FDM technologies; * Experience with automated manufacturing processes and/or computer numerical control (CNC); * Willingness to travel; * Fluent English. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Monthly gross salary range: €2200–€2700; * Meal allowance of €10.20 per day (paid via card); * Family health insurance (Fidelidade); * Integration into a multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Stable employment contract (permanent contract); * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a relaxed, continuously learning environment. ##### **We Value Diversity** We promote equal opportunity and diversity, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply.
