Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize production according to company strategy and quality standards; Ensure availability of materials and manage production costs; Oversee maintenance routines and verify proper equipment operation; Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to align production with sales forecasts and deadlines. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field; Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills; Experience in a manufacturing environment; Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities; Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools; Responsible, organized, and proactive.
