The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, knowledge in preparing drinks and cocktails, and a flexible attitude to collaborate across various roles in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** **Dining Room Service:** * Greet and welcome customers professionally and courteously. * Take orders and deliver requests quickly and efficiently, acting as a runner when necessary. * Issue invoices and process payments using POS systems, ensuring accurate transaction handling. * Ensure all service areas remain clean and organized, maintaining high hygiene standards. * Collect customer feedback and proactively improve guest experiences, contributing to more efficient and cost-effective operations. **Bar Management:** * Develop technical sheets for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and evaluate and optimize costs. * Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, according to established standards and recipes. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar area. * Manage inventory of beverages and supplies, conduct stock control, and report reordering needs. **Inventory Management and Teamwork:** * Monitor and record product inventory in both dining room and bar areas, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Report to management any restocking needs or identified discrepancies. * Cooperate with colleagues to ensure efficient and excellent service. * Adapt to different duties as required by operational demands, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in dining room service and/or bar service roles. * Practical knowledge of **drink preparation** and cocktails. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Fluency in **Portuguese** and a good command of **English**. * Availability to work flexible hours (lunch and dinner shifts), including weekends. **Application Process:** Interested candidates should send their updated CV to mazey.info@gmail.com.
