Ray.BBDM is seeking a hands\-on, detail\-oriented Project \& Operations Planning Manager for a client operating in the oil and gas production and extraction industry. This is a key position that will support both project and operational planning activities, with exposure to large\-scale initiatives and corporate\-level planning. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions in a dynamic environment, ensuring schedules and operations are optimised and aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage detailed project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning), identifying critical paths, milestones, and potential delays. * Support project managers and engineers with scenario planning, schedule risk assessments, and recovery strategies to ensure on\-time delivery. * Integrate contractor schedules into overall project plans, monitoring performance and ensuring consistency across stakeholders. * Contribute to short\- and long\-term operational planning (maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, improvement projects), aligning activities with operations, maintenance, and production teams. * Consolidate planning data across functions and assets to support corporate\-level reporting and strategic planning.
