**Greenvolt** is looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to join the Procurement team and to be responsible for the following **tasks:** * Developing sourcing and cost\-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials and equipment used in the renewable sector; * Supports all processes of technical procurement for all Greenvolt companies for efficiency gains; * Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical facts; * Supports the assessor on selecting suppliers and making proposals regarding procurement; * Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements; * Ensure compliance with delivery times and prices stipulated in the contractual phase; * Manage supplier identification and onboarding process including risk management, supplier setup, and contract management; * Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities; * Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities; * Analyse spending patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement; * Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement. **Requirements** **Profile:** * University Degree in Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energies; * Technical knowledge on energy; * At least 2/3 years of in Procurement/Supply Chain ; * Knowledge on procuring for PV and BESS will be valorised; * Precision in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement documents; * Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives aligned with organizational goals; * Proficiency in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization; * Proficiency in English. **Benefits** **What do we have to offer?** * Competitive salary aligned with experience; * Attractive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, flexible benefit and meal card; * Flexible work environment and work\-life balance; * 25 days of holidays; * 80 days per year of flexible work; * Free birthday day; * Being part of an international environment. *We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!*
