Join Axians, where innovation grows on the foundation of trust and autonomy, and where every challenge is an opportunity to build technology with impact. **DevOps Engineer** **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Cloud solutions in public, private, and hybrid environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. You will play an active role in developing Cloud Native solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation and CI/CD practices, as well as analyzing and migrating on-premise infrastructures to the Cloud, contributing to technological modernization and continuous platform evolution. **What will you do day-to-day?** * Design and implementation of private, public, and hybrid Cloud architectures; * Create, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines for applications, infrastructure, and configurations; * Automate builds, unit tests, integration, code quality, dependency analysis, and security scans; * Implement deployment strategies, including rolling updates, blue/green, canary, and automatic rollback; * Manage code repositories, branching policies, pull requests, versioning, and artifact management; * Create and maintain reusable pipeline templates, IaC modules, and deployment patterns; * Support operations and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters, container platforms, and associated services; * Implement end-to-end observability: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts; * Support incident response, root cause analysis, and creation of preventive actions; * Integrate security tools into the delivery lifecycle: SAST, DAST, vulnerability management, secrets scanning, and SBOM; * Ensure environment segregation, access control, secret management, and deploy auditability; * Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, development teams, security, and operations to improve the delivery platform. **Your key competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; * Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD practices; * Automation of builds, tests, security validations, releases, and deployments; * Infrastructure and configuration management via code and declarative approaches; * Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes, including application deployment and configuration tools; * Monitoring, observability, incident management, and continuous reliability improvement; * Integration of security into the development lifecycle, following DevSecOps principles; * Version control, code quality, and branching strategies; * Knowledge of networking, Linux systems, cloud platforms, and scripting; * Ability to create standards, templates, and self-service platforms for development teams. **What do we offer?** **Stable professional career** Working on Axians projects makes you a valuable asset—we aim to provide stability through a secure career path. **Career progression opportunities** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your skills. 360° evaluations by managers and peers will also support your growth. **Work-life and family-life balance** Collaborating with Axians offers flexibility to balance professional demands with family responsibilities—ensuring neither area is neglected. **Competitive and attractive compensation** Working with Axians clients grants you performance bonuses in addition to an attractive salary package (base salary + benefits).
