We are looking for an **IT/AV Hardware Technician to join our technical team in Lisbon**, aiming to ensure the installation, configuration, and technical support of our equipment for corporate projects and events in the Lisbon area and throughout the country. **About the Role** The IT/AV Hardware Technician will have a **practical and operational role**, being responsible for the preparation, setup, dismantling, and technical support of IT and audiovisual equipment at **on-site events and projects**. This role is essential to ensure the quality of service provided to our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of IT/AV equipment in the warehouse (computers, printers, tablets/iPads, projectors, LCDs, LED walls, among others). * On-site assembly, technical configuration, and subsequent disassembly of equipment at client premises or events. * On-site technical support during events (real-time problem resolution), whenever necessary. * Support to the logistics team in organizing and maintaining equipment in the warehouse. * Close collaboration with the sales team, ensuring defined timelines and technical requirements. * Meeting deadlines with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Experience with IT hardware and software (computers, Windows, macOS, printers, tablets/iPads). * Experience with audiovisual systems (LCDs, projectors, LED walls). * Minimum of one year of experience in similar roles. * Valid light vehicle driver's license (mandatory). * Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams. * Problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and resilience under pressure. * Availability for nationwide travel and flexible working hours according to event needs. * Team spirit, responsibility, and autonomy. * Proficiency in Portuguese language (native or fluent level). **What we offer:** * Competitive fixed salary, based on demonstrated experience. * Variable pay based on individual and team performance. * Company vehicle provided for job duties. * Immediate hiring, with the opportunity to join a dynamic team. * Continuous training and opportunities for internal growth. * Corporate culture that values talent, professional development, and recognition. **Important Note:** This is not an office-based role.
