With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Business Analyst** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about understanding business needs and turning them into concrete solutions? As a **Business Analyst**, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into clear, actionable solutions that bring real value to the organization. Build side: * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. * Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities. * Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Model and optimize business processes. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout project delivery. * Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement activities.
