Real prospects for professional growth We are recruiting for a **Junior** **Data Scientist** to join an international technology company in its early growth phase, contributing to building the data infrastructure and operationalizing Machine Learning models for the platform. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact product development from its inception, with high autonomy, close collaboration with founders, and participation in key technical decisions, within a business-oriented context focused on scalability and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop data pipelines, from raw data extraction through transformation to delivery of fully structured and model-ready features; * Structure and transform data, ensuring mapping of generic data into structured formats suitable for model requirements; * Define action matrices to be implemented based on model outputs; * Industrialize and deploy models into production, ensuring scalable, robust implementation integrated within a shared infrastructure; * Support implementation of Machine Learning models; * Ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the data infrastructure required for model operationalization. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with exposure to Machine Learning / AI projects; * Experience building and managing data pipelines, and transforming/structuring data; * Strong focus on infrastructure, data quality, scalability, and solution robustness; * Solid knowledge of Python and SQL; * Experience with cloud platforms and data infrastructures; * Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD knowledge are considered advantageous; * Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external technical teams; * Fluency in English is mandatory. **Opportunity** * Join a technology company with strong growth potential; * Direct involvement in building a digital product from early stages; * High level of autonomy and influence over strategic decisions; * Competitive compensation package, commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Real prospects for medium-term professional growth.
