We seek someone who shares this purpose. **Your Role:** You will be The Code’s **first impression** for prospective members. Your mission is to convert interest into commitment — and commitment into results, for both the customer and the club. * Proactively prospect and acquire new members, in-person and via digital campaigns * Present membership plans and club services, focusing on each customer’s individual needs * Support and retain existing members to reduce cancellations * Manage leads and track the sales pipeline in the CRM * Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets * Participate in acquisition events and club marketing initiatives * Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure an exceptional member experience **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior sales experience, preferably in the fitness, retail, or customer service sectors * Ability to meet and exceed commercial targets * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and empathy-building ability * Results-oriented mindset with proactive and resilient attitude * Genuine passion for sports and wellness * Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus **What We Offer:** Base salary + attractive commissions Free gym access for you Continuous training Sales training and professional development Career progression Real growth within an expanding company A motivated team A dynamic, young, and goal-oriented environment Permanent contract Stability from day one Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
