### **Job Description and Missions** The buyer's objective is to ensure the acquisition of goods and services according to contractual conditions, monitoring the purchasing process to control agreed service levels. Provide support during commercial development by consulting suppliers and conducting market research on supply options. Mission, Duties and Responsibilities: ˗ Research and consult suppliers based on internal requirements/requisitions and other relevant criteria, promoting the development of local suppliers; ˗ Support negotiation of contractual terms with suppliers, including prices, delivery times, warranties, payment terms and other pertinent aspects to secure the best commercial agreements; ˗ Manage the supplier creation process and follow-up until successful registration; ˗ Create purchase orders in SAP with all information compliant with contracts and procedures; ˗ Prepare comparative analysis tables; ˗ Coordinate the purchasing process with teams and other stakeholders to ensure service level and pricing; ˗ Monitor agreed deadlines and purchasing conditions, providing updates to internal customers; ˗ Analyze and resolve discrepancies in the purchasing and delivery process; ˗ Monitor KPIs; ˗ Archive all documentation related to the purchasing process, digital and/or otherwise; ˗ Ensure compliance with legal requirements and all procedures; ˗ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; ˗ Promote sustainable procurement, minimizing environmental and social impacts in line with company policies; ˗ Manage data and documentation, keeping records of all purchase transactions, contractual documents and supplier communications up to date and accessible when needed.
