We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual with attention to detail and ease of teamwork. We value a positive attitude, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to the smooth operation of the pharmacy and the quality of service provided to patients. **Main Responsibilities** * Order management, goods receipt, and verification; * Supplier contact and control; * Stock management and organization; * Returns management; * Expiry date monitoring; * Document organization and archiving; * Support for other pharmacy backoffice activities; * Support for home delivery services. **Candidate Profile** * Qualification as a **Pharmacy Assistant Technician (TAF)**; * Prior professional experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in similar roles; * Knowledge of **Sifarma**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; * Valid driver’s license; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Availability for immediate start. **Working Hours** * 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts and availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis; * Rotating shifts: **09:00–18:00 \| 10:00–19:00 \| 11:00–20:00**; **Location** **Farmácia Cordeiro \| Municipality of Cascais** If you are looking for a new professional challenge and identify with a dynamic role focused on organization and efficient pharmacy operations, please send us your application.
