Therefore, we seek a well-rounded professional to take the frontline of our logistics operations, carrier relationship management, and commercial support. What will be your role? * **Global Logistics Management:** Serve as the focal point for daily relationship management and negotiation with carriers and warehouses, covering both European distribution and international transportation (*Overseas transports*). * **Commercial Interface:** Ensure agile alignment between logistics operations and the commercial team’s demands and deadlines. * **Research and Development:** Conduct research and prospecting of new suppliers of products and services to optimize our supply chain. * **Procurement Support:** Directly support documentation processes related to procurement and import/export activities. * **Product Flow Management:** Drive pace, agility, and meticulous oversight of new product development flows together with our strategic partners. Our ideal candidate: * **Fluent English and Portuguese:** ***Mandatory.*** Candidates who do not speak these languages daily will not be considered. * **Total Focus on Operations:** We seek an execution-oriented, dynamic profile dedicated to making the logistics machinery function smoothly on a day-to-day basis. A task assigned is a task completed. * **Extreme Attention to Detail:** Impeccable organization to manage deadlines, routes, documentation, and commercial data without compromising quality. * **Assertive Communication:** Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with suppliers, international carriers, and internal teams. * **Experience (Preferred):** Prior experience in transportation, logistics routines, warehouse management, or Brazilian procurement will be a significant advantage.
