Job Summary
The Master Data Analyst \& Auditor ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of master data within SAP, supporting business operations through effective data governance and maintenance. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and managing master data in line with Logoplaste standards, providing user support, resolving data\-related issues, performing system testing and configuration activities, and contributing to process improvements. The position also supports logistics audits and helps ensure compliance with organizational practices, procedures, and data management standards.
Key tasks \& Activities
* + Create, update, and maintain SAP master data in line with Logoplaste standards.
+ Receives requests from users by ticketing system (OTRS), classifies ticked depending of service and functionalites.
+ Understands and applies Logoplaste's methodologies and procedures, by respecting the Service Level Objectives (SLO) define.
+ Assists with responding to user requirements and problem resolution related with master data
+ Participate in logistics internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Assess the accuracy of logistics processes and data both physically and within SAP.
+ Support SAP master data configuration across modules, including SAP MM, PM, PP, and QM.
+ Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutive maintenance of master data.
+ Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings.
+ Work closely with plants, central teams, and system owners to support business requirements.
+ Deliver end\-user training and promote knowledge sharing on master data processes and best practices.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
* Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in SAP master data management, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or data\-driven operational environments.
* Experience working with business processes, data governance, and systems administration is an advantage.
* Availability for occasional international travel (Europe \& Americas)
Technical Skills
* Good understanding of SAP and master data processes is required.
* Experience with SAP MM, PP, PM, or QM modules is a strong advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to identify data inconsistencies and assess the impact of changes before implementation.
* Experience using ticketing systems and service management processes is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
