This will significantly increase your chances of success #### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a highly motivated **Cloud Application Support / DevOps Engineer** to support mission\-critical cloud applications and infrastructure within a modern enterprise environment. In this role, you will combine operational excellence with DevOps practices, ensuring platform stability, automating infrastructure, supporting containerized environments, and collaborating closely with software engineering and operations teams. You will also contribute to production readiness, incident management, disaster recovery, and continuous service improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting complex environments, automating infrastructure, and working with cloud\-native technologies in a collaborative international team. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide production support for critical cloud applications and data platform services. * Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents to maintain high service availability. * Analyze application, system, middleware, and infrastructure logs to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Support and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable software releases and platform stability. * Participate in incident response, problem management, and 24/7 on\-call support rotations. * Support disaster recovery exercises, production readiness reviews, and operational resilience initiatives. * Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles. * Deliver knowledge\-sharing sessions and provide technical guidance on automation and cloud technologies. * Ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and proactively escalate critical risks. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and platform performance. #### **Mandatory Requirements** **Technical Skills** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in IT Operations, Cloud Support, DevOps, or Software Engineering. * At least **2 years of hands\-on experience** with a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud). * Strong Linux administration skills, including CLI and Shell scripting. * Proficiency in **Python** and/or **Bash** scripting. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code using **Ansible** and **Terraform**. * Experience with container technologies, including **Docker** and **Kubernetes**. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as **Jenkins**, **Travis CI**, **Concourse**, or similar. * Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex incidents. * Good understanding of ITIL practices, Incident Management, and Problem Management. * Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory). #### **Nice to Have** * Experience with **Dynatrace** or other observability and monitoring platforms. * Knowledge of **PL/SQL**. * Experience supporting enterprise data platforms. * Exposure to production readiness reviews and disaster recovery planning. * Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments. **Education** * Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. #### **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent problem\-solving and root cause analysis abilities. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership. * Ability to work under pressure in critical production environments. * Continuous improvement and automation mindset. * Excellent documentation and knowledge\-sharing skills. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate is an experienced **Cloud Application Support / DevOps Engineer** who thrives in complex production environments and enjoys combining operational support with cloud automation and infrastructure engineering.
