Work coordination and intervention supervision **Multiskilled Maintenance Technician** We are recruiting a Civil Construction Technician to join a construction project in the Lisbon area. **Responsibilities** * Ensure general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, and ventilation * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and equipment * Coordinate sewer, water, and wastewater network clearance works * Supervise installation and maintenance interventions * Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and facilities * Coordinate preventive actions **Requirements** * Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings/shops * Solid knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing (mandatory) * Experience in team management (preferred) * Immediate availability * Valid driver's license for light vehicles **Conditions** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Base salary + meal allowance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Workplace: Greater Lisbon Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 10 days.
