We are seeking a generalist Human Resources Technician to support various HR areas and actively participate in the daily management of the department within a multinational company.

**Liebherr Portugal Lda.**, a subsidiary of the Liebherr Group, aims to strengthen its team by integrating a **generalist Human Resources Technician**, who will support various HR areas and actively participate in the daily management of the department.
**Responsibilities**

The selected candidate will join the Human Resources department and assume, among others, the following responsibilities:
* Comprehensive management of administrative and operational tasks within the Human Resources area.
* Management and validation of **employee expense reimbursements and settlements**, in accordance with internal policy and applicable legislation.
* Support in the area of **Occupational Risk Prevention**, coordination with the prevention service, and follow-up of related documentation.
* Management and monitoring of **personnel incidents** (absenteeism, medical leaves, holidays, leave of absence, etc.).
* Support in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Collaboration in training management, performance evaluations, and other people development initiatives.
* Updating and maintaining Human Resources databases and documentation.
* Coordination with other internal departments and external HR service providers.
* Other ad\-hoc tasks and administrative support.
**Required Profile**
---------------------
* Degree in **Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration**, or a related field.
* Certification as Occupational Health and Safety Technician (CAP) is an advantage.
* Prior experience in a generalist Human Resources role; experience in industrial or multinational environments is preferred.
* Knowledge of expense management, personnel administration, and occupational risk prevention.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and orientation toward internal customers.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficient use of computer tools; experience with HR management systems is an advantage.
* Proficiency in **Portuguese** is mandatory; knowledge of **English and/or Spanish** is desirable.
