Your main responsibilities will include welcoming guests, providing all hotel-related information, communicating with other departments regarding guests’ needs and length of stay, and issuing invoices. This professional is responsible for ensuring the service quality and guest service standards required by the property, complying with all policies and procedures associated with this position, and guaranteeing overall guest satisfaction. Profile / Qualifications * Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent (preferred); * Relevant training (preferred); * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role (mandatory); * Language skills: English proficiency mandatory; * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Strong organizational skills; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities; * Sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Enthusiasm for guest interaction.
