The candidate to be recruited must have solid experience in team and project management and will assume the role of **Contract Manager Coordination** (GCs) for electromechanical construction projects. This professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring monitoring and management of GCs, guaranteeing control and proper execution of projects; * Promoting sustainable development of the electromechanical area; * Coordinating and optimizing resources to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of objectives; * Driving the growth of the area by identifying opportunities and promoting best practices. Scope of activity focuses primarily on electrical and HVAC projects, including: * Electric mobility * Energy generation and storage * Lighting * Energy efficiency **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferred); * Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities; * High resilience and adaptability; * Autonomy in decision-making; * Team spirit and collaboration; * High motivation and focus on achieving objectives.
