We are looking for a Performance Marketing Assistant to support paid campaigns, performance analysis, and digital marketing strategy development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support campaign execution and optimization on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads
Monitor KPIs and assist in dashboard creation
Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and keyword opportunity identification
Collaborate with the creative team on ad and landing page production and testing
Support data-driven decision making
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or Data Science
Minimum 2 years of experience with ad platforms
Interest in digital and performance marketing
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English
Proactivity, autonomy, and teamwork skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
