Young and dynamic work environment **Job Mission** Ensure group management control, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information, systematic monitoring of operational performance across hotel units, and support for executive decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting (P\&L per unit, operational and financial KPIs — RevPAR, ADR, GOP, among others) * Monitor budget execution and analyze variances against budget and historical data * Participate in the annual budgeting process and quarterly revisions (forecast) * Ensure accurate integration and reconciliation of data between PMS, ERP, and reporting systems * Support the monthly and annual financial closing processes in coordination with accounting * Analyze profitability per business unit and propose corrective or optimization measures * Monitor implementation and maintenance of the USALI reporting framework * Prepare presentations and supporting dossiers for management and/or investment meetings * Collaborate with other departments (operations, commercial, HR) to collect and validate relevant data **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in management control roles, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI * Knowledge of PHC GO and/or Protel is an advantage * Familiarity with the USALI methodology is a plus * **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical rigor and attention to detail * Autonomy and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines * Strong communication and synthesis skills * **Languages:** Portuguese (fluent) and English (intermediate/advanced, spoken and written) **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group; * Fixed-term employment contract of 6 months, renewable; * Meal allowance; * Young and dynamic work environment; Compensation: €920.00 \- €1,600.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket Work Location: On-site
