If you seek to be part of this revolution, this is your opportunity! **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor services provided by external cleaning teams, ensuring operational quality standards; * Coordinate the daily work of cleaning staff (rooms, public areas, and service zones); * Conduct post-cleaning inspections to ensure spaces are ready for occupancy; * Report maintenance issues or needs to the responsible department; * Control and requisition necessary supplies (amenities, cleaning products, linens, etc.); * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures; * Support onboarding and training of new members of external teams; * Address guest requests and manage complaints related to cleaning. **What We Expect From You:** * Minimum required education level (preferably 12th grade or technical course in hospitality); * Prior experience in the hospitality/hotel industry; * Leadership ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship aptitude; * Basic computer knowledge (Excel and/or hotel management software); * Experience managing outsourced teams (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Meal allowance card; * Transportation allowance; * A collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Company events; * Opportunity to work for a rapidly growing international company with an outstanding real estate and hospitality portfolio.
