We seek an Architect with strong on-site execution capabilities, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to serve as the central point of contact between the franchisor, franchisees, and contractor teams. This role is critical to ensuring brand consistency, cost control, and strict adherence to deadlines across multiple concurrent projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor technical and physical progress of construction works (on\-site), ensuring execution quality and compliance with project specifications. * Conduct direct on-site supervision, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and defined construction standards. * Act as the primary liaison between franchisees, contractors, and internal teams. * Review, validate, and optimize execution drawings, layouts, and interior design solutions. * Analyze and validate budgets, proposing efficiency improvements and cost reductions. * Prepare progress reports and identify technical and operational risks. * Actively participate in kickoff, progress monitoring, and project handover meetings. * Ensure alignment with international teams (Brazil and Europe). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Solid experience in construction supervision and monitoring (mandatory requirement). * Strong leadership ability in construction environments and management of external teams (contractors). * Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to architecture, construction, or project management (e.g., layout optimization, cost analysis, process automation, etc.). * Prior experience in similar projects (retail, franchising, or unit roll\-out) — preferred. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRAY, and construction project management tools. * Organized profile, execution-oriented, and solution-focused. Compensation: €2,000.00 \- €2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
