Our 99,600 employees operate across a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Lean Consultant** to lead the implementation of a client management model focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This professional will be responsible for: * Applying **Lean methodologies** and implementing the **SPS model** at client sites, in accordance with the plans defined in collaboration proposals. * **Leading continuous improvement projects**, ensuring achievement of quality, cost and timeline objectives. * Planning and delivering **workshops and training in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office**. * Implementing **Strategic Improvement Plans**, including application of the **Hoshin Kanri** tool. * Supporting **middle-management operational routines** (Top5, Top60, PDCA, among others). * Supporting **senior-management operational routines**, such as Steering Committees and Strategic Definition. * Developing organizational projects focused on continuous improvement. * Defining, building and monitoring **KPIs, scorecards, control tools and audits**. * Capturing, analyzing and managing data to identify **trends and outcomes** supporting decision-making. * Preparing and delivering **effective presentations**, with strong data analysis capability. * Maintaining leadership and control over project activities with the client, acting as a **trusted consultant**. * Identifying **value-added opportunities**, supporting commercial proposal development and new project creation. * Performing **business development activities** and acquiring new clients/projects. * Promoting **Lean training and capability-building initiatives**. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related fields); * Proven experience in **Lean Manufacturing**, **Lean Office**, and continuous improvement projects; * Knowledge of **organizational design**, **industrialization**, and **control tools** (scorecards, audits); * Training in **Six Sigma**, **Black Belt**, and knowledge of **Balanced Scorecard** (preferred). * Data analysis and effective presentation skills; * Experience as a trainer in Lean programs; * Basic commercial and people management skills; * Competencies in **negotiation and persuasion**; * Fluency in **English** and in the language of the host country; * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Additional Information** We value professionals with the following profile: * Strong communication and empathy with clients, acting as a **trusted advisor**; * Results-oriented, organized and capable of planning; * Ability to identify trends and generate insights from data; * Willingness to **travel**, including at **short notice**.
