Continuous work throughout the year We are looking for a Painter Assistant to join our civil painting and renovation team immediately. Our operations are primarily located in the Lisbon area, Cascais Line, and surrounding regions. If you are dynamic, responsible, and eager to learn or advance in this field, this opportunity is for you! Main Responsibilities: Surface preparation (sanding, priming, cleaning, and isolating surfaces). Preparation and transportation of painting materials and tools. Application of primers and assistance in painting walls, ceilings, and façades. Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the workplace. Requirements: Prior experience in construction or painting (preferred but not mandatory—we provide training to candidates with genuine motivation). Punctuality, attendance, and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
