If you can read construction drawings, cut, bend, and tie steel bars accurately and efficiently, we offer continuous work and a team that values skilled professionals. Your responsibilities • Reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings (rebar schedules) • Cutting, bending, and preparing steel bars according to specifications • Assembling and tying reinforcement cages for foundations, columns, beams, and slabs • Positioning spacers and ensuring correct concrete cover • Verifying bar diameters, spacing, and ties against drawings • Maintaining a clean and organized workplace Profile • Proven experience as a reinforcement steel fixer on structural projects • Ability to read reinforcement drawings — interpret rebar schedules • Knowledge of steel types, diameters, and tying techniques • Precision, methodology, and attention to detail • Autonomy to perform tasks without constant supervision • Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork spirit We value • Experience operating cutting and bending machines • On-site construction experience • Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory) We are not looking for • Candidates without hands-on experience in steel reinforcement • Individuals lacking precision or who disregard project specifications • Those seeking only short-term or temporary assignments What we offer • Stable and continuous employment • Integration into an organized team with well-planned projects • Above-average remuneration, adjusted to experience and performance • Meal allowance and occupational insurance • Real opportunity for promotion to team leader within Multibuild Well-tied steel means a fail-safe structure.
