Who we are looking for: - Versatile professionals with at least 5 years of experience - Specialists in at least one area such as: foundation and slab construction, LSF assembly, plasterboard installation, rendering, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, painting, finishing and cladding—or other specialties, but willing to perform additional tasks - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines and quality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proactive with good attention to detail - Strong planning, organizational, and learning capabilities - Punctuality and regular attendance - Valid driver's license What we offer: - Full-time employment contract with an attractive salary - Eligibility for bonuses upon project completion - A professional, dynamic work environment with high performance standards - Opportunities for internal growth and career advancement.
