Execute the project's construction plan and budget planning, and supervise construction progress and quality. 2. Assist the project manager in budget review and procurement, and collaborate with the architect, on-site chief engineer, and other engineers. 3. Site management and supervision of the project. Job Requirements: 1. Hold civil engineering qualification certificates and possess professional experience in the construction industry. 2. Be proficient in Portuguese and English. 3.
