We are looking for a responsible, organized individual eager to follow construction projects on site and contribute to coordination, planning, and control of works. Main Responsibilities: On-site project monitoring and coordination; Planning and control of on-site works; Team, supplier, and subcontractor management; Reading and analysis of project documentation; Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality of execution; Technical support to site management. Desired Profile: Education/Experience in Civil Engineering; Field experience is highly valued; Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Valid driver's license; Willingness to travel between construction sites.
