Execute the project’s construction plan and budget planning, and supervise construction progress and quality. 2. Assist the project manager in reviewing the budget and procurement, and collaborate with the architect, chief engineer on-site, and other engineers. 3. Project site management and supervision. Job Requirements: 1. Hold civil engineering qualification certificates and possess professional experience in the construction industry. 2. Be proficient in Portuguese and English. 3.
