Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician with experience across various fields to join our real estate asset management team, responsible for carrying out repairs and routine maintenance. A real estate asset management company is recruiting a MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join its full-time team in the Lisbon area. Main Responsibilities: - Performing minor repairs and routine maintenance on properties (residential and commercial units); - Plumbing: fixing water leaks, replacing faucets, flush valves, traps, and performing simple unclogging; - Electrical work: replacing outlets, switches, circuit breakers, light bulbs, luminaires, and video door entry systems; - DIY and carpentry: adjusting doors and windows, replacing locks, repairing roller shutters, etc.; - Minor repairs: painting and insulation; Candidate Profile: - Practical experience in the described maintenance areas; - Sense of responsibility and autonomy; - Valid driver’s license (mandatory); Offered Conditions: - Full-time employment contract or service provision contract; - Base salary commensurate with experience; - Attractive monthly performance- and productivity-based bonus system (real additional income); - Company vehicle available for work-related travel;
